Use of Digital Images
Unless purchased as a promotional image digital copies are for Personal Use Only but this does allow you to use them on a personal non-business FB page or Trade Me. 

Can I share my images with sponsors

Yes, You can share these to sponsors BUT the sponsors cannot post your image/s unless they purchase them with a business license. Images that are shared to sponsors and posted by the company online will be sent an invoice for business usage.

Can I submit my image for a competition on social media? -  

If you are wanting to submit an image you have purchased for a competition, you will need to contact me PRIOR to submitting an image, for permission. Competitions often then use the images for promotional and/or marketing usage. If no contact is made by the submitter, and the image is selected (without permission) and used, you will be invoiced for a commercial image. If the Company contacts me to check for permission and no contact has been made, it will be declined.

How long does it take to process my order?
prints are posted within7-10 days from payment. Digital copies (if paid for through the website) are sent automatically. If paying by bank transfer, images will be sent upon your payment clearing.

How long are images left on the website for?
Images are usually only on the website for three -five weeks

I want photos from a show that is no longer showing on the website. Can I still order photos after they have been removed?
Yes absolutely! I keep all photos archived but once photos have been removed from the website there is a prepaid search and reload fee of $25.00.

Are there any restrictions on the photos I purchase?
Yes. Although you are purchasing photos copyright still remains the property of LJ Photography and the images cannot be reproduced without permission. Please contact me if you are unsure.
